Even though this large-scale apartment offered generous proportions, we were asked to adapt the floorplan to accommodate our clients’ own personal requirements, involving a substantial re-design and subsequent renovation. An elegant, classic aesthetic was requested with a colour scheme to reflect the waterfront location, with a touch of sparkle to resonate with our clients’ taste and personality.
