Nothing is more satisfying than taking a very dated, rather sad but beloved resort and literally putting her back on the map. Working with a tight budget, we updated many existing pieces and remodelled other elements of the property to project a more colonial vibe, transforming this family-friendly resort. The second stage involved the existing restaurant being totally replaced with a brand-new concept and design. We oversaw every element of a considerably larger, more functional building. Malolo Island Resort is now a highly successful property that continues to be one of Fiji’s most popular and multi award-winning destinations.
